Executive Cohort Plan

The Executive Cohort is for a limited number of pastors (only 20 per group) who want to work through the material alongside other leaders in a mastermind setting. It’s an ideal way to learn from your peers, sharpen your thinking and execution, and form meaningful friendships. Our Executive Cohort includes all the benefits of the All-Access plan.

Are you a senior leader who is building a new team? Do you have a good team that should be better? Are you leading a team that is about to blow up? Unfortunately … there are no short cuts. But there is help.

A Mastermind for Ministry

Develop deep, lasting relationships with other senior leaders. What is a ministry mastermind? It's a small, select group of leaders who are committed to growth - both their own and the growth of others in the group. It's about helping everyone get better. And when the senior leader gets better, the team gets better. Our Executive Cohort is an opportunity to connect on a regular basis in ways that weren't possible ten or fifteen years ago.

What is a CO-LAB?

It's one of the best features of our All-Access plan! Our CO-LABS are online workspaces where we gather our community to curate ideas, develop action plans, and collaborate together on ministry challenges - in real time, with other leaders from around the country. We help you utilize the power of an online community in ways that will benefit your local ministry. Think of our CO-LABS as a way of crowdsourcing ministry ideas.

Targeted Q&A that Actually Helps

Don't worry - it's not like an interview! Each month, we gather to discuss a different question related to team health. As an All-Access member, you can also submit questions for future sessions. We cover topics such as how to handle conflict between two staff members, when to delegate and when not to delegate, who to hire and when to fire, and many other questions that we encounter in ministry.

I love the local church! I started out as a 21-year-old “senior” pastor of a church of 75 kind-hearted people. They were also good liars. Every Sunday they would shake my hand and tell me it was good sermon.

Many of the team-building lessons I’ve learned I learned the hard way – by making mistakes.

From that early start, I went on to lead much larger churches, planted a church from scratch, and earned a masters in business administration (in my spare time!). Today I lead a healthy, growing church with sixteen staff members and hundreds of volunteers.

20 years ago, in a season of prayer, God gave me three life narratives. Three things that would shape the rest of my life and career. One of those is to train the next generation of church leaders … people like you who have a passion to make a difference.
