Training is an Investment in the Health of Your Team (and it's cheaper than counseling)
Whether it’s online or in person, we provide practical training experiences that are designed to equip leaders and their teams to be healthier and more effective. Much of our training deals with the building blocks of teams, culture, and environment – allowing you to focus on ministry and mission.

Your Greatest Expense
is to not Train Your Team
In most churches, our two largest expenses are the building (mortgage, insurance, maintenance) and payroll. We believe a healthy team is one of the church’s greatest assets.
Training your team is an investment that will pay eternal dividends.
Practical Training
Leadership
We work with senior leadership teams and elder boards to develop a healthy leadership environment. We work with senior leaders to develop good self-leadership practices. For teammates, we provide training on how to lead up as well as across.
Culture
You cannot have a healthy team without a healthy culture. Our trainings focus on building emotional health and spiritual strength. We also help churches discover and execute their core values, as well as their mission and vision.
Coaching
We believe every good leader can become even better. It's why we offer one-on-one coaching as well as group coaching designed to help you flourish in life and ministry. We enjoy helping executive teams develop a coaching culture.

I love the local church! I started out as a 21-year-old “senior” pastor of a church of 75 kind-hearted people. They were also good liars. Every Sunday they would shake my hand and tell me it was good sermon.
Many of the team-building lessons I’ve learned I learned the hard way – by making mistakes.
From that early start, I went on to lead much larger churches, planted a church from scratch, and earned a masters in business administration (in my spare time!). Today I lead a healthy, growing church with sixteen staff members and hundreds of volunteers.
20 years ago, in a season of prayer, God gave me three life narratives. Three things that would shape the rest of my life and career. One of those is to train the next generation of church leaders … people like you who have a passion to make a difference.
