Every Pastor Needs a Few Traveling Companions (you already have enough critics)

Our cohorts bring together tightly-focused groups of growth-minded leaders. Over the course of six months, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and stretch alongside colleagues who understand the challenges of ministry.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

We strategically create groups that will be both dynamic and diverse, allowing you to find solutions, share ideas, and make life-long friendships.

Our cohorts provide a built-in network of growth-minded professionals.

Network. Learn. Become Friends.

What to Expect

Power of Two

We start each cohort with a two-day retreat designed to jumpstart relational connections. We conclude the cohort with another two-day retreat to celebrate our wins.

Monthly Connections

After our two-day kickoff, we'll gather the group once a month for a two-hour video call facilitated by one of our coaches. We also offer a monthly Q&A call.

Fellow Travelers

Often the best advice and guidance comes from a fellow cohort member. Our coaches are available throughout the cohort to provide guidance and advice.

Ken Hensley entered vocational ministry in 1991 and has served as a senior pastor, church planter, and ministry coach. Starting out as a 21-year-old senior pastor, Ken has served churches ranging in size from 75 to 1,200 in great places such as Atlanta, San Diego, San Francisco, and Denver. To further enhance his leadership abilities, Ken earned a masters in business administration in 2021.

In the late 90’s, Ken co-founded a company that helped nonprofits raise money online. Then he joined the early team at Christianity.com, in the “dot-com” days when the donuts were free and you could take unlimited ping pong breaks.

More recently, he has served as a catalyst for church planting in Colorado through Church Planters of the Rockies. In 2014, he helped launch Bridge of Hope, a Denver nonprofit that brings together local churches and single moms on the verge of becoming homeless.

Ken loves the local church and enjoys helping pastors reach their full potential.
