We Help Leaders Build Healthier, More Effective Teams

We started with a simple premise: healthy teams do better, go farther, and accomplish more. They help believers become spiritually mature, connect more people to Jesus, and help change families, communities, and the world. Not to mention, they’re just fun to be on, too!

Healthy Churches
Have Healthy Teams

No one just works for a church.

We believe you have been called to bring the best of your spiritual gifts, natural abilities, life experiences, and education to help people have a growing relationship with Jesus.

That’s no small, ordinary task.

That’s more than work.

That’s the mission of the church.

Helping You Help Your Team

Training

Whether online or in person, we provide training on how to develop healthy teams. We cover topics such as leadership, culture, conflict resolution, and emotionally healthy approaches to ministry.

Resources

We have curated the best resources for your toolbox, saving you time and freeing up more money for ministry. These are field-tested and easy to implement in your own ministry context.

Cohorts

Our cohorts bring together tightly-focused groups of growth-minded leaders. You will learn, grow, and stretch alongside colleagues who understand the challenges of ministry.

Ken Hensley entered vocational ministry in 1991 and has served as a senior pastor, church planter, and ministry coach. Starting out as a 21-year-old senior pastor, Ken has served churches ranging in size from 75 to 1,200 in great places such as Atlanta, San Diego, San Francisco, and Denver. To further enhance his leadership abilities, Ken earned a masters in management and leadership

In the late 90’s, Ken co-founded a company that helped nonprofits raise money online. Then he joined the early team at Christianity.com, in the “dot-com” days when the donuts were free and you could take unlimited ping pong breaks.

More recently, he has served as a catalyst for church planting in Colorado through Church Planters of the Rockies. In 2014, he helped launch Bridge of Hope, a Denver nonprofit that brings together local churches and single moms on the verge of becoming homeless.

Ken loves the local church and enjoys helping pastors reach their full potential.
